If you are a chef working in the Food Manufacturing Industry, looking to become a Certified Research Chef (CRC) or Certified Culinary Scientist (CCS) I can help you study for the exam. I currently offer 3 online courses designed to guide your preparation for the Certified Research Chefs (CRC) exam. These classes are approved by the Research Chefs Association (RCA) https://www.culinology.org/ The courses are designed to cover the RCA Learning Outcomes for the CRC and CCS exams.
