General Culinology starts April 5th

Registration is now open for the all new General Culinology online class. The new Certification Committee Learning Objectives state that 52% of the questions on both the CRC and CCS exams will come from the area of General Culinology. The new course is 15 weeks long and will cover all of the General Culinology Learning Outcomes. Classes start April 5th.

Each week you will complete study sheets covering the learning outcomes. At the end of the class you will have a notebook to review for the exam. Weekly modules also include quizzes, live meetings and Quizlets to study important terms.
