Registration is now open for Food Processing Basics, the second course in preparation for the CRC exam. New CRC Study Sheets based on the RCACC Study Guide 2015 have been added to each lesson. Good Manufacturing Practices

I just created a new course for companies starting to develop their Food Safety Plan or individuals wanting to learn more about Good Manufacturing Practices. A Food Safety Plan is required by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) for all companies. Good Manufacturing Practices are the foundation of a strong Food Safety System. This short course covers Chapter 3 of the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Participants Manual on Good Manufacturing Practices. Participants are required to survey their facility and use the Food Safety Plan Builder to begin the development of their food safety plan. Contact me for more information.
