Food Processing Basics will start July 11, 2019 and run for 10 weeks

Enroll in Food Science Basics Starts April 11, 2019 and/or Food Processing Basics Starts July 11, 2019 to thoroughly cover the RCA Certification Committee Study Guide.

These courses will prepare you for the Certified Research Chefs Exam.
