Food Science Basics, is specifically designed to prepare you for the Certified Research Chefs (CRC) exam. Information about becoming a Certified Research Chef can be found at The Research Chefs Association Website .

The first class meeting is April 12, 2018.

This is an online course with materials available 24/7. Live weekly meetings are held on Thursdays at 3 PM Pacific/6 PM Eastern time. Live meetings are recorded for later viewing. View the Syllabus below for topics and dates.
